Affiliative Club Shell Helix

For Shell, we have implemented a loyalty programme targeted at car repair shops. Its aim was to support the sale of Shell Helix brand oils with a point system, an attractive catalogue of rewards and additional benefits.

We have been cooperating with Shell since 2013. It is an international energy company whose activities in Poland include about 400 stations and shops throughout the country. The brand has a wide range of products and services, including: sale of fuel, car washes and fuel cards, as well as an assortment of oils and lubricants.

Affiliative Club Shell Helix

The aim of the loyalty programme, which we prepared together with Shell, was to support the sale of selected brand oils (including Shell Helix Ultra) in car repair shops. Anyone who enrols in the Shell Helix Partner Club can earn points by purchasing selected oils through the Shell Strategic Distributor network. Earned points can be exchanged for valuable prizes available in a catalogue divided into several categories. Among them there are products for the workshop, office, household appliances and audio / video devices, laptops, accessories, etc. In addition to the exchange of points for material prizes, additional benefits for participants are special promotional campaigns, marketing support and occasional conditions of assistance in equipping workshops with the tools needed to change the oil.

Sales support programme - results

The sales support programme implemented by us in the form of a partner club is carried out on a continuous basis. It has already involved over 2,400 garages that are actively buying Shell brand oils. As a result, we increased the brand's presence among its customers and successfully increased the sales of Helix oils. The opportunity to participate in the Shell Helix Partner Club strengthened the bond of customers with the brand and increased their loyalty. The loyalty programme has also become a source of information about Shell products and news for garage owners and employees.


We designed a loyalty programme for the Essilor brand, which we addressed to the owners of optical salons cooperating with Essilor Polonia. Its main goal was to encourage them to buy selected brand lenses by rewarding their activity with points redeemable for prizes.


We organized one of the largest lotteries for the BLIK brand, the aim of which was to popularize the mobile payment system. Its task was to attract new users and reward existing customers using BLIK. The value of the main prize in the lottery was as much as PLN 100,000.
