Basic points

Points are scored for accomplishing current tasks and missions. They are changed for material rewards or cards top-ups. The conversion rate of points is configured as agreed with the Client. The points can be credited automatically after a task has been realized or subject to approval of the supervisor (points frozen, kept temporarily in a safe).

Badge

Attributes are awarded for successful missions, tasks, etc, in the form of medals, stars, trophies and high engagement status. The system enables a chosen badge definition and setting their allocation parameters (accomplishment of missions, tasks and plans). In the system there are ready made designs for chosen badges available or they can be personalized according to the Client’s request for an extra fee.

Missions

Brief and simple tasks (operational, business, qualitative and quantitative) are to be done by an individual Participant or team. The administrator defines a type of mission (operational, business, qualitative, quantitative, training), target group, duration, mission description, accomplishment parameters as well as rewards (material, basic or status points). A mission can also be defined by the supervisor, however its parameters include only its description, duration and allocated reward. A mission can be obligatory or can require an employee’s acceptance.

Ranking, levels and table of leaders

The key element of each rivalry are rankings and tables of leaders. Thanks to our platform you can define any number of rankings in chosen categories e.g. „Sales champion” at any time. The system enables leaders’ presentations and their positions as well as gives access to the accomplishments and results of particular Participants.
